I have just watched beautiful Daphne on a repeat of Come dine with me and I thought you were fantastic! I am 37 and I hope to have even half the spirit and magnetism you have as I age. You were wonderful! I am from Scotland and I so wish I lived closer so I could visit Rudy please give him our love 🙂 take care

    • Thanks so much for writing in. When did you see the repeat of ‘Come Dine With Me’? They never warn us it will be on! You can read more about Daphne in a number of books listed on the website. ‘The Making of Swallows and Amazons’ features her aged 37.
